He brings over 30 years of experience in implementing occupational safety, Lean Management, active leadership, productivity improvement, shopfloor management, TPM, quality improvement, logistics, and production planning across multiple industries. His core focus lies in the implementation of production management systems, process optimization, and the training of leaders and employees to achieve sustainable results in close collaboration with clients. He is known for his strong analytical skills and his ability to motivate clients to pursue ambitious performance improvements.​
