Manfred Schmidt ist Geschäftsführer von Bluespring Consulting. Davor war er als Geschäftsführer bei Czipin-EFESO für den gesamten Operations-Bereich zuständig. In dieser Funktion übernahm er die gesamte Verantwortung aller Umsetzungsprojekte. Er verfügt über 30 Jahre Erfahrung in der Steigerung der Produktivität in verschiedenen Branchen und Funktionen. Sein Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Implementierung von Produktivitätsmanagementsystemen, Prozess-optimierung und Führungsverhalten, um messbare und nachhaltige Ergebnisse für seine Kunden zu erzielen. Er besitzt starke analytische Fähigkeiten und kann seine Kunden davon überzeugen, ehrgeizige Ergebnisverbesserungen anzustreben.
